This is why a special day is celebrated as Raksha Bandhan. The auspicious day of Raksha bandhan is not just for formal tying single thread on sibling’s wrist. The meanings adds up with the single thread when it is collaborated with eternal hope of understanding, love, care and  blessings.

Raksha bandhan according to the hindi calendar is celebrated every year on Shravan Purnima. Generally it falls in the first or second week of August. This year, it falls on national holiday as the day will be celebrated 72nd Independence day on 15th of August.

Some fruit bearing plants like Palm Tree, Guava tree, medicinal plants like Neem Tree and other plants like Teak ,Ficus Benjamina ,Eucalyptus can be planted as well.
